Booking terms and conditions

These terms apply to every transfer booked with KSA RIDES (“we”, “us”) through our website, by phone, by WhatsApp, through a partner or by a corporate account. KSA RIDES, JIMC 7915, Tahlia Street, Jeddah 22343, Saudi Arabia.

1. Your booking

  • A booking is accepted when we send a confirmation with a booking reference. Requests that need a price from us are not bookings until you accept our quote.
  • Please check the date, time, addresses, flight number, passenger, large bag and hand carry numbers in your confirmation and tell us at once if anything is wrong.
  • Vehicles are booked by class. Models shown on the website are examples; we may provide a vehicle of the same class and capacity.

2. Prices

  • Prices are per vehicle and fixed for the journey booked. They include VAT at 15%.
  • Extra charges apply only for changes you request or for waiting beyond the free waiting time (60 minutes at airports from landing, 15 minutes elsewhere), extra stops or route changes. We will tell you before charging where possible.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Be ready at the pickup point at the agreed time and keep your phone reachable.
  • The number of passengers, large bags and hand carry bags must not exceed the vehicle capacity. Children must use suitable seats, which you can request when booking.
  • Smoking, illegal items and behaviour that endangers the driver or others are not allowed. The driver may refuse or end a ride in such cases.

4. Delays and no-shows

  • For airport pickups we monitor the flight number you give us. If you do not appear and cannot be reached after the free waiting time, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charged in full.

5. Changes and cancellations

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as road closures, severe weather or official restrictions. We will do our best to help you reach your destination.
  • Please keep valuables with you. Report lost property as soon as possible through our contact page.

7. Complaints

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
