Privacy policy

This policy explains how KSA RIDES (KSA RIDES, JIMC 7915, Tahlia Street, Jeddah 22343, Saudi Arabia) collects and uses personal data, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

What we collect

• Booking and contact details: name, phone, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight number, passenger details and special requests.
• Payment records: amount, date, method and the reference from our payment provider. Card numbers and security codes are entered on the payment provider's page and are never stored by us.
• Messages you send us and records of your trips.
• Technical data such as IP address, used for security and to prevent abuse.

Why we use it

• To provide and manage your transfer, contact you about it and share necessary details with your assigned driver.
• To issue invoices and keep accounting records as required by law.
• To answer questions and complaints and improve our service.
• To send marketing messages only if you agreed; you can opt out at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with your driver, our payment and messaging providers, professional advisers and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Booking and accounting records are kept for the period required by Saudi tax and commercial law. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@ksarides.com.

Security

Access to personal data is restricted to authorised staff, connections are encrypted and sensitive identity documents of staff and drivers are encrypted at rest.
