Payment policy

Ways to pay

• Online by card on our payment provider's secure page, when available for your booking.
• Pay the driver on the day, where this option is offered at checkout.
• Corporate clients and approved partners may be invoiced on agreed credit terms.

Security

• Card details are entered on the payment provider's page. We never see or store full card numbers or security codes.
• A booking is marked as paid only after the payment provider confirms the payment to our system directly. Returning to our website from the payment page does not by itself confirm payment.

Currency and VAT

• Prices are shown in SAR; other currencies (SAR, USD) may be offered at the exchange rate shown when booking.
• VAT at 15% applies and is shown on your invoice.

Receipts and invoices

You receive a confirmation and, once issued, your invoice by email. You can also download them from Manage booking.
